Do I need to tell Askable?
Yes! By telling our team the types of quotas you are trying to meet, we can find you the right spread of people by targeted approached. If you do not do this, your quotas remain in the unknown 👽
What if I am missing people to make up my quota?

Can the system do this for me instead?
No, not currently. Well... it depends
If it's a fairly straight forward split, such as Gender. You can create the same booking twice, one set to Men Only and the other set for Women Only. This way the system will know.
Anything more complex will require some human support from our lovely team 🤓
