Askable uses artificial intelligence (AI) to build features that elevate your experience with the Askable platform. This article covers which AI providers we use, how your data is handled, and how to opt out.

Which AI models and providers does Askable use?
Askable doesn’t build or train its own AI models.

How is participant data used?
The AI models that we use don’t use Askable customers’ data submitted via the API (such as transcripts, or other types of data) to train their models or improve their services.
Data retention
Any data sent through AI model APIs is retained for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Can I disable AI features for my team?
The usage of AI features in Askable is optional. Disabling these features means that your team will no longer be able to use the Askable AI features.
To disable AI features, reach out to your Account Manager or message us via live chat (click the ? icon in the bottom left and select Contact support). You can always contact your Account Manager later if you need to reinstate your team’s access.
