Calendar slots have colours assigned to help you quickly see who is running each session.
Calendars can get pretty hectic - so colours are an easy way to quickly see the sessions that you are taking on
Default Colour
By default, your sessions will always display as a Light Blue Bar near the left edge.
Other team members will be randomly assigned colours as they are added to sessions on the calendar.
To make it easy to see what colour is assigned to each team member, we've shown each avatar in the top right-hand corner of the calendar view, like the example below:
Reassigning a Session
Click on the session, and select Assign to
From there, select anyone who is in your Team to take the session
