[Legal] Do Participants consent to being recorded?

It's important to cover yourself as a business when doing any kind of recording. Here are some important tips.

Participants agree to Askable's Terms & Privacy Policy upon creating an account and applying for a Study.

When submitting each Study, two default Screener questions are added to your Study automatically:

Extra Steps you should cover

1. Additional Screener Questions

Each organisation and company will have it's own legal requirements, we recommend adding any extra Screener Questions to capture further consent that isn't already included by Askable.

Examples:
Consent to bring their child along the session
Consent to show a photo or receipt of last energy bill

Consent to use a physical product in person

2. Using a Custom Agreement Template

We highly recommend setting up your own customised & company-written Legal Agreement. This means you can cover pretty much anything (within reason) in your Document.

This is commonly used for NDAs. For more info, click here.
