How do I delete my Askable account?

⚠️ Please note that you won't be able to recreate an account with the same phone number, and deleting your account won't resolve any technical issues you may be having.

I want to stop receiving texts

If you want to take a break from Askable's messages you can manage this by going to your Profile.

Askable > profile > permissions

I need to update my email

For security reasons, you're only allowed one account on Askable, so signing up with multiple email addresses is not allowed. We can help update your email if you just want to log in using a different email address!

Please reach out to Live Chat and provide the following details to verify your identity before we make changes:

• full name

• account email

• payment email

• phone number

• year of birth

• location

If you'd like to delete your participant account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Askable Account

2. Go to your Profile (person icon)

3. Scroll all the way down and click "Delete account"

💡 Your account will be removed from all Askable systems in accordance to our Privacy Policy
