You could choose to send your attachments to participants via their emails. To find their emails, <a href="https://help.askable.com/en/articles/9411772-where-do-i-find-participant-s-email-phone-number">click here</a>.

By uploading your attachments to a shareable online drive, or site, you will be able to share your content by sending a link to your participants. Examples: Google Drive, Google Docs, Docushare, Sharepoint etc
