After working with a participant you can rate them with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Ratings feed directly into how we maintain the quality of the Askable panel.
What your ratings do
Your ratings, combined with other clients' ratings, build each participant's overall quality picture. We use the trends to make decisions about improving and maintaining panel quality. Participants can't see their rating, but it does affect them, so rate accurately and keep personal preferences out of it.
What to base a rating on
Whether the participant gave false or contradicting information
Their behaviour and manners
Their communication
Their punctuality
Gave the wrong rating by mistake?
Message us on live chat and we'll correct it.
Best practices
Rate as many participants as you can, good and bad. More ratings means better quality decisions.
Remember to reward the good participants, not just flag the bad ones.
For any serious issue, rate the participant and report the issue. The report gives our team the context a thumbs down can't.
