How does the Rating System work?
Updated over a week ago

The new Participant Rating System allows you contribute to Askable's Participant Panel Quality at your fingertips ✨

What's the Purpose of this

The Rating System allows you, as a valued customer, to rate if a participant is a "Good" or "Bad" participant.

Your ratings help us find common trends and understand if participants are behaving in an appropriate manner.

From the data we receive based on your ratings, we can make informed decisions on improving & maintaining the quality of our participants, so you can safely enjoy quality insights!

What is Good and what is Bad

Not to get all philosophical, these ratings are a combination of what you define as Good and Bad, and Askable's guidelines on how that definition is formed.

We encourage you to rate as many participants as you can to help make this definition even clearer!

Your ratings πŸ‘ πŸ‘Ž should be based on:

  • If the participant fits your Study Screeners

  • If the participant has provided false or contradicting information

  • A participant's behaviour & manners

  • A participant's communication

  • A participant's punctuality

How does it work for Participants

Your rating, along with other customer's ratings collectively reflect to a participant's overall rating.

While this rating is not visible to participants, please ensure that you are rating them as accurately as possible, without letting any personal preferences or biases affect your rating.

Best Practices

The more you rate, the more solidified data we get

Flag your bad participants but also remember to reward the good participants!

For any major issues, please rate AND "Report Issue" on the participant. This allows you to provide further context for the Askable Team
