Sharing your insights

Securely share your insights and influence key stakeholders. Click on the 'Share' button at the top right to open up the share modal.

Sharing with individual email

Invite others by adding their emails. Simply type the email in the input field. To confirm and add the email, click on the dropdown. Remember, if you try to add an invalid email, an error message will appear to let you know.

By default, everyone in the team has access to all insights. You can copy the link to send them directly to the particular insight page.

Revoking email access

After inviting email addresses to access your insight, you can easily manage their access using the share modal. Here's how:

  • When you reopen the share modal, you'll find the access list, which displays the email addresses you have invited.

  • Click on the more options button next to the email address that you want to revoke access of.

  • From the options that appear, select "revoke access." This will remove their access to the insight.

  • If the user tries to open the preview link from their email after access has been revoked, they will be redirected to a page indicating that they no longer have access to the insight.

Sharing with everyone using email domain [Bulk Sharing]

We understand that you often want to share the insight to multiple stakeholders. So we’ve simplified the bulk sharing capability while also ensuring the highest level of security. You can now simply add the email domains that you want to share the access to and share the insight with them. Here’s how it works:

  • Click the + Add email domain in the initial modal to open the "Add Company Domain" window. Here, you can enter one domain at a time.

  • Once a domain is added, it appears under the "General Access" section. To add more domains, simply click + Add email domain again.

  • Click on ‘Copy Link’ button at the bottom left and share the link with anyone who has access to the email domain you added.

  • You have the option to revoke domain access at any time, which will remove that domain's access to the insight.

On the receiver end:

Upon clicking the link, the recipient is prompted to provide their email address.

If the email domain is on the list, they will receive an email with a link to access the insight.

If the receiver doesn't have access, you'll receive a notification to accept or reject their request to access the insight.

✋ Heads up

When recipient of the insight can access it via email, and the insight is in view-only mode, so they cannot edit it!
