This feature eliminates the complexity of handling individual insights, allowing for a more unified and contextual understanding of your research efforts and findings. Add numerous insights, share with your entire team, and toggle between them for a comprehensive view of your study. đŸ‘„

Navigate to collections

In your all insights page, you’ll notice a ‘Collections’ tab at the top left. Click on that to navigate to Collections where you’ll be able to add new collections.

Creating a new collection

When you click on 'New Collection,' you'll be greeted by our collection builder, which has a similar layout to the insight page builder.

  • To add insights, either click on the "New Insight" button or the placeholder to trigger the insights panel on the right side of the screen.

  • Select the insights you wish to include and hit the 'Add Insight' button. Your chosen insights will appear in a neat grid layout.

  • Feel free to add a title, description, and customise the header to make the collection your own.

Sort, add, and remove insights

  • To organise your insights chronologically, look for the sorting button. This will allow you to sort the insights based on their creation date.

  • Need to include more insights? Simply click the 'Add Insights' button once more to bring up the selection panel.

  • When you hover over an individual insight, a 'more options' icon appears. Click on this to either open the insight in a new tab or remove it from the collection.

Preview collection

We've included a nifty preview feature so you can see your collection in view-only mode before sharing it with stakeholders. To utilise this feature, just click the 'Preview' button located at the top right corner of the page.

Navigating insights within a collection

Clicking on any insight from a collection page will display the full insight. You can seamlessly navigate between insights within that collection by either using the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons on the header or at the end of each insight, making it convenient for users to easily move through the collection.

Sharing collections

Sharing a collection with email

Similar to insights, you can simply add the user emails and they’ll receive a link to the insight in their inbox.

Click the share icon on the top right corner of the page. This will open up a share modal. You can add as many emails as you want by repeating step 2. Feel free to invite all the necessary stakeholders. Remember, if you try to add an invalid email, an error message will appear to let you know.

Revoking access

After inviting email addresses to access your insight, you can easily manage their access using the share modal. Here's how:

  • When you reopen the share modal, you'll find the access list, which displays the email addresses you have invited.

  • Click on the “more options” button beside the email, and click on ‘revoke access’.

Heads up! Adding users to the collection will automatically enable them to have access to all the insights within that collection. When you revoke access, they lose access to all insights within the collection.

Sharing collections with everyone using email domain [Bulk Sharing]

If you are to share the collection with a wider team, you can simply use the email domain which is a simplified bulk sharing capability while ensuring the highest level of security.

Click the + Add email domain in the initial modal to open the "Add Company Domain" window. Here, you can enter one domain at a time.

Once a domain is added, it appears under the "General Access" section. To add more domains, simply click + Add email domain again.

Click on ‘Copy Link’ button at the bottom left and share the link with anyone who has access to the email domain you added. You have the option to revoke domain access at any time, which will remove that domain's access to the collection.
