How can I confirm my study completion and track reward processing in my Askable account?

Participation Confirmation

Once you finish a study, in most cases, you are automatically marked complete. If the task took place outside of the Askable app, you can manually confirm your participation. If you cannot find a way to do this, don’t worry—researchers often mark participants as complete on their behalf, ensuring your completion is recorded without requiring further action on your part.

Reward Status and Receipt

Within a few days of completing a study, the reward will appear in your account as a pending payment. Initially, this is often shown with a value of $0 until it is fully processed. This will only show up 1 full business day after you completed it. You can view all your rewards (both paid and pending) by following these steps in your Askable account:
