Steps on how to boost your Study recruitment

Updated over 2 months ago

You have a Live Study running and you feel recruitment is starting to slow down or your list is looking a bit... dry πŸ‚ We've got your back!

If your Study has recently gone live for no longer than 5-8 business hours, please allow a longer timeframe for recruitment effects to kick in

If your Study has been live for a day or longer, and you're not quite getting the people you had in mind, you simply need to reach out to the Support & Recruitment Team via our Live Chat

Remember - your Study's recruitment may have stopped due to your Study having sufficient eligible (100%) participants, proportionate to your Study quota.

This is why it's important to ensure your Screener Questions are set up with the correct βœ… and ❌ options so the eligibility score reflects appropriately.

I have split Cohorts or Specs

If you have plans to invite a mix of participants, based on Demographics, Behaviours etc, please inform us of your Segments via the Live Chat.

Upon doing so, we highly recommend setting up your Segments in your Study. This allows us to view what your underlying cohorts are in order to arrange further recruitment

See you on the other side! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ 🀠
