Your Study is reviewed by our team of experts who have a rich understanding of our participants, the product and research sampling. While we are not researchers by occupation, our knowledge of the Askable Ecosystem helps ensure your Study is looking sexy!
What we review
When reviewing your Study, we check for:
Recruitment Feasibility - can Askable recruit the right participants?
Grammar & Spelling errors - making you sound professional!
Screeners & Settings are accurate - so it makes sense to participants
Security Breaches - bye bye to sensitive or inappropriate questions
Incentive - where the incentive value is set based on your setup
How long do I wait?
As it says in the yellow banner, average wait times are 2-3 Business Hours. This may vary depending on the queue of Studies In Review at the same time so please be patient with us as we ensure your studies are set up for success!
Business Hours are dependent on our Australian & London office hours. Standard cut off time of the day would be around 4pm - 4:30pm from where you're located.
If you have submitted a Study past the cut off time, your Study will still be reviewed & launched the next morning!
