What if I want to set a Shorter or Longer duration?
Any duration that is not an option in the Askable Platform, please Contact Support via the Live Chat to discuss.
We do not recommend going lower or longer as this impacts a number of factors. This includes:
Participant being disengaged after a long period of time in a session/task
Participants being rushed to finish a session/complete a task - causing lower quality
Participants deterred from an extremely long session e.g. 4-5 hours
Billing dramas - you will need to spend more credits for a longer session
Incentive changes - Changes mid study will cause confusion for participants already expecting a certain incentive amount. E.g. Applying for a $60 session but it changed to $30 after a duration change.
