What does "Help Requested" mean?

My participant is requesting for help in my Study, what do I do?

Updated over a month ago

When a Participant's status shows "Help Requested" - this is a sign for you to check the Participant's Messages and see if they have left a note, they usually do!

This Status only appears in Surveys & Online Tasks

From there, you will seek to resolve the issue with directly with the participant. Issues are commonly found within the Third Party Tool of your choice, where you will have full visibility on & have access to their respective Support Team/Resources.

If the issue remains unresolved, you can choose to Cancel the participant by clicking on the Drop Down Actions button and find a replacement πŸ‘

This does mean that the participant will not be paid. If you would like for them to still be paid as a thank you for their time & efforts, you may "Mark as Complete"

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Askable's Support Team via the Live Chat!
