View and analyse responses from your AI moderated study. Results include AI generated thematic analysis across all interviews and individual participant recordings with full transcripts.
Navigating study results
Find the results of any active AI moderated study via the header navigation. Results are organised into two tabs:
AI Analysis: Thematic breakdown of insights across all participant interviews
Individual responses: View each participant's interview recording and transcript
Ask AI
Query your research results directly using natural language questions. Ask AI allows you to explore your data by asking specific questions about what participants said, patterns in responses, or particular topics covered in the interviews.
AI Analysis
The AI Analysis tab provides a thematic breakdown of your research findings, synthesising insights from all completed interviews.
Themes
Themes are automatically identified patterns and insights extracted from your interview transcripts. Each theme includes:
Theme title: A summary of the insight or pattern identified
Description: A narrative explanation of the theme with context and implications
Source date range: The period during which the supporting interviews were conducted
Mentions: The number of times this theme was referenced across participants
Sources
Each theme is supported by direct evidence from participant interviews. Sources include:
Participant name and demographic information
A quote from the transcript
Timestamp link to jump directly to that moment in the recording
Play button to listen to the source clip
Click 'Play all' to watch all source clips for a theme in sequence. Use 'Most relevant' to sort sources by relevance to the theme.
Generating and updating analysis
Thematic analysis can be generated once at least one interview has been completed. The analysis extracts insights from all available interview transcripts at the time of generation.
After receiving new responses, you can regenerate the analysis to incorporate the latest interviews. This will update themes and sources based on all completed interviews
Individual responses
The Individual responses tab displays all participants who have completed interviews, listed with their name and completion date.
Viewing a response
Select any participant to view their interview:
Participant details: Name, age, gender, and location
Interview recording: Full video recording of the AI moderated interview
Transcript: Click 'View transcript' to open the full interview transcript
Use the video player controls to navigate through the recording. The progress bar shows segment markers to help you locate different parts of the conversation.
