General Incentive vs Premium Incentive
General Incentive vs Premium Incentive

The difference between a Standard Recruitment and a Special Recruitment

Updated over 4 months ago

In order for your Study to go as smoothly as possible, incentives play a very big part in making sure you speak with the right people.

This article is a guide on what incentive bracket each audience groups fits into

Understanding and selecting the right incentive option sets your Study up for success!

πŸŽ’ Who fits a Standard Incentive?

  • General Population

  • Stay at home parents

  • Students

  • Retirees

  • Everyday shoppers

  • Online banking customers

  • Household & utility managers

  • People who own a car

  • Health Insurance customers

  • Public transport commuters........ you get the idea

πŸ’Ό Who to choose Premium Incentives for..

  • Business Owners

  • Managers & Leaders

  • Decision Makers

  • C-suite professionals

  • Employees in the Health Industry

  • Cafe owners

  • Accountants

  • People with Disabilities or Accessibility Needs

  • Users of industry-specific tools/softwares

  • Users who use role-specific tools/softwares

  • Recruiting Minors via Parents & Guardians

πŸ‘œ We suggest an Optional Premium Incentive for..

  • In Person sessions during peak hours or working hours

  • Affluent recruits (e.g customers of luxury products, EV Owners, high level of income)

  • Recruiting Partners or Friends to join on the same session

  • Sensitive topics - mental health & suicide, financial constraint & debt, political views

  • Any urgent recruits that require immediate sessions

During your Study setup, under the Audience Tab is where you determine your targeted participants. When choosing your Demographic Filters, you can choose to select as little or as much as you wish!

Note that if you were to select Business ownership or Employment Industry, your incentive option will automatically switch to Premium Incentives.

When recruiting participants of a certain profession or executive level, that would be considered Professional Study with Premium Incentives. This is so that we are able to target the right groups of people rather than supplying you with anyone & everyone (including stay at home parents/students/unemployed people etc...)

A higher incentive...

  • Attracts busy professionals and niche audiences

  • Acts as a thank you for their valuable time

  • Covers for magnified overheads, costs and recruitment efforts

🧳 What if I want to set my own Incentive?

We are big about taking the pain out of your research that's why we generally take care of messy money matters for you.

BUT! If you would like to propose a higher or more competitive incentive to help speed your recruitment up or attract more volume, we can work with you to convert that into a credit value. Just chat with a team member and we'll sort it out for you!

We hope this clarifies how we recruit and how we incentivise ethically & reasonably. If you have any further questions, the team is more than happy to support in the Live Chat! πŸ‘‹πŸ»
