I have not received my link for my session

If you haven't received your link for an upcoming session yet, don't worry! Here are a few things you can try


Session on Askable Sessions

First, check your email inbox to see if the link has been sent there. It's important to check your Junk/Spam/Promotions Inbox.

πŸ’‘ You will receive Askable Sessions links 15 minutes before your session commences. The link will be sent to your email address as per your Askable Profile

If you are still unable to find the link in your email, you can Log in to your Askable account. Follow these steps:

1. Login to your Askable account

2. Click the menu lines up the top right corner

3. Select upcoming sessions

4. Select the session

5. Use the link to your video chat session button up the top


Session on Third Party Video Call Tool

Not all sessions are run on Askable's Video Call tool. Some sessions may run on the Researcher's tool of choice e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meets etc

If this is the case, your Researcher will have sent you a link to join the call via the Message Chat or your Email.


If you are still unable to locate your link, you can reach out to your researcher via the Messages in Askable.

It's important to double-check these places before reaching out to your researcher. They'll appreciate it, and it'll help streamline the process for everyone involved.
