What to do if your session has run over the allocated time

Your session has gone over? No worries!

We always encourage letting your conversations flow with the wind 🌬️ so you get sufficient insights from our lovely participants πŸ‘«

Going overtime with one particular participant

If you have gone over your set Session Duration with a particular participant, do not change the duration in the Settings, come speak to us instead! Just pop through the Support Live Chat by clicking the (?) Get help button on the top right of your screen.

We will facilitate an extra incentive payment to the participant depending on how much time you have spent overtime.

How to update all Sessions' duration?

If you have run a couple of session and realise you may need more time for your future sessions, you can update your session duration in your Study Settings.

OR if you are unsure what best to do, come chat to a team member via the Live Chat! We'll advise what's best for all participants' experience πŸ†
