What to do if your session has run over the allocated time

If a session ran over its set duration, message us on live chat and we'll arrange an extra incentive payment to the participant based on the extra time. You'll find live chat via the ? help icon in the bottom left of the app.

One session ran over

Don't change the session duration in your study settings after the fact; that affects future sessions, not the one that already happened. Just tell us on live chat:

  1. The study title

  2. The participant's name or session time

  3. Roughly how far over you went

We'll facilitate the top-up payment to the participant.

All my future sessions need more time

If a few sessions in you realise the format needs longer, update your session duration for future sessions. See Can I customise my task or session duration?
