On your Profile you'll see two scores: your Trust score and your Quality score. They're there to help you understand how you're going on Askable and how to get the most out of it. Here's what each one means.

Your Trust score shows how verified and established you are on Askable — it's how we know you're a real, genuine participant.

You build it by completing simple steps, like verifying your identity, completing your profile, and taking part in studies. The more you complete, the higher it climbs. As it grows, you'll move through three levels:

Your Quality score reflects how you engage in studies — the more thoughtfully and genuinely you take part, the higher it climbs.

It's based on your recent studies, so it can move up or down over time. When you tap it, you'll see whether it's improving, steady, or declining, along with a couple of friendly pointers on what you're doing well and what could help.

When you're new, it'll show as Calibrating — your score becomes available once you've completed 3 studies.
