The calendar is where you manage session times for your moderated study. On the older bookings layout it's the Calendar tab; on the newer participant screen, open calendar from the top right of the study.
What you can do from the calendar
Add and delete available session times. New times aren't announced to existing applicants, so over-invite to fill them.
Reschedule a participant by dragging their slot to a new time. See Rescheduling a participant.
Assign sessions to colleagues so it's clear who's facilitating. See Assigning facilitators to sessions.
Grab your Askable Sessions meeting link for a session. See Askable Sessions basics.
View feedback from completed participants and report an issue on a completed session.
Two things the calendar controls that surprise people
1. Your study closes when its last session time passes. A study auto-closes once every session time in the calendar is in the past. To keep a study open, keep future times in the calendar. If it's already closed, you can reopen it.
2. Deleting a slot doesn't cancel the participant in it. To free a confirmed slot, cancel the participant from the participant list (dropdown next to their name, then Cancel), not by removing the session from the calendar. See How to tackle cancellations and participant no-shows.
Inviting against your calendar
When you invite participants, their availabilities are matched against your calendar times. The fastest fill: select several participants, click Invite, then Populate suggested times, and send.
