Key differences between the two roles and know when to choose one over the other

The Organiser (aka Owner)

The person created or started the Study. This may


The Facilitator

The person who will be talking with participants on the day of the session. This person may be more hands on managing the Study, more than the Organiser.

This allows the Askable Team to contact the best person when it comes to discussing recruitment & admin, or informing a facilitator about a participant cancellation.

The facilitator's first name is displayed to participants as their primary contact person, not the organiser.

Please note that in many cases, these will be the same person.

Can I have multiple facilitators in the same Study?

Yes & No!
​
You can only set one facilitator when setting up your Study, but really, anyone who is in your Team can access your Study and join in to facilitate any session.
​
You can self-manage which colleague takes which session so to not double up!
