Reporting Issues
Updated over 6 months ago

We get it, sometimes things don't always go to plan. There a few reasons you might need to report an issue like:

  • The Participant didn't show up

  • Technical issues

  • Inaccurate screen answers

If something has gone wrong, you can select the report issue option from the action menu next to the Participant that the issue relates to. You can report an issue that relates to a Participant if they are Invited, waitlisted, confirmed or complete, learn more about Participant statuses here.

Additional Information helps a lot!

Providing us additional information means we can work out what how to resolve the issue. A few resolutions can be replacing the participant at no extra credit cost or refunding the credits back to your team. Learn a little more about tackling no-shows here.

We'll keep you in the loop

Once we've received your issue, we may reach out for additional information, but we always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Most of the time it's a simple resolution like replacing a Participant, fixing a link or updating a Study.
