Difference between Client & Researcher Account
Difference between Client & Researcher Account
Updated over a week ago

With Askable's suite of offerings & products, you may find it confusing the difference between a Client and a Researcher account.

Here's a simple explanation:

πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ’» Clients

You are a researcher, designer,UX professional by occupation, working as an employee for your Company who wants to run your own research

You are paying to use the Askable Platform for your own research

πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ +Researchers

You are a researcher by occupation, wanting to run research for Askable Clients on a project basis. You could be a freelancer or Sole Trader doing this as a side-gig or full time

You are joining Askable's community of researchers to get paid for running research

Can I be both?

Of course!
We welcome researchers or UXers all over the world to utilise their expertise in the research space, whether as a Client or a +Researcher.

You will need separate email addresses for each respective account. This not only helps with easy management but is also a wise security practice.
