How to manage Study Quotas?

Needing to ensure you have a specific split quotas, personas or cohorts? Let us know!

Updated over 7 months ago

When setting up a new Study, you will want to set your Quota to reflect the TOTAL number of participants you want to speak within this research project.

If you want to speak to 5 Males, 5 Females, you Study quota should be 10. Once your Study is live, you can set up Segments to hand-pick participants according to any quota splits you have.

Can the system do this for me?

No, not currently. Well... it depends

If it's a fairly straight forward split, such as Gender. You can create the same study twice, one set to Men Only and the other set for Women Only. This way the system will know. We recommend this for large-scale Quants.

Anything more specific, you can ask via a Screener Question & Manage using Segments.

How does Askable help me meet my specific quotas?

By communicating your specific quotas to our Support Team, we can find you the right spread of people by targeted approaches. If you do not do this, your quotas remain in the unknown 👽

Make sure you have your Segments set up prior to contacting Support, this helps provide them context ahead of time!

What if I am lacking people to make up my quota?

Let us know. We're more than happy to give your Study a push out to our panel to try and fill in your Quota/Segments.
