Where can I find my payment?

We want to make sure you get paid for your time

After completing an Opportunity or Session on Askable, you should expect your payment sent to your chosen Payout Preference in your Askable account.

Delivery Time

We try and pay your incentive as soon as possible but we would like to advise that these payments can take up to 3 to 7 business days.


If it is beyond 3 business days, feel free to contact us in the Live Chat providing your email address so we can further investigate.



You are given 2 options:


💵 PayPal

Important: Please enter the email address you use with your PayPal account, even if it's different to the one you use to log in to Askable. You must also ensure that your PayPal account is verified in order to receive payments.

If you have not received your payment, please double check that your email in entered correctly.

Any payments made to the incorrect PayPal email is not recoverable. Payments made after the PayPal email has been updated accurately will be sent smoothly!



💳 Gift Cards

Normally you will receive an email containing your Gift Card after your Askable Opportunity.

OR, you can redeem your gift card from your Askable account. All you have to do is head into your ‘past sessions’, select the session and scroll down until it says “View in browser”.

Your Gift Cards collected from Askable cannot be accumulated and combined into one lump sum. But if you have a Gift Card with a larger amount, you can choose to split that up and spend that at multiple retailers.

Your Askable Gift Card allows you to choose from various retailers available in your country.
