After completing an Opportunity or Session on Askable, you should expect your payment sent to your chosen Payout Preference in your Askable account.
⏳ Delivery Time
We try and pay your incentive as soon as possible but we would like to advise that these payments can take up to 3 to 7 business days.
If it is beyond 3 business days, feel free to contact us in the Live Chat providing your email address so we can further investigate.
You are given 2 Payout options:
💵 PayPal
Important: Please enter the email address you use with your PayPal account, even if it's different to the one you use to log in to Askable. You must also ensure that your PayPal account is verified in order to receive payments.
If you have not received your payment, please double check that your email in entered correctly.
Any payments made to the incorrect PayPal email is not recoverable. Payments made after the PayPal email has been updated accurately will be sent smoothly!
💳 Gift Cards
Normally you will receive an email containing your Gift Card after your Askable Opportunity.
OR, you can redeem your gift card from your Askable account. All you have to do is head into your ‘past sessions’, select the session and scroll down until it says “View in browser”.
Your Gift Cards collected from Askable cannot be accumulated and combined into one lump sum. But if you have a Gift Card with a larger amount, you can choose to split that up and spend that at multiple retailers.

It's quick and easy to sign up for a free account. If you're creating a new account, it's a good idea to do so a couple of days before you want to get paid, to make sure it can all get processed nice a quickly.

It is a participants responsibility to mark yourself as complete within the allocated time period after completing your task. If you don't mark yourself as complete you do forfeit your incentive, as per our T&Cs which you can read here.
