Sometimes you may need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
You can cancel by clicking the Cancel my attendance button found under the session in your Askable account > Upcoming Sessions > Click into respective session > Cancel my attendance.
❗️Please be considerate when cancelling your attendance. Your cancellation can affect the research project.
Seek to reschedule your session instead of cancelling. You can do this by sending the Research a Message in Messages
You will not suffer any penalties as long as you cancel with at least 24 hours notice
