'Recruitment complete' means recruitment has paused because you already have plenty of eligible applicants for your quota. Nothing is wrong, and it doesn't reduce how many participants you can book.
How it works
Askable recruits proportionately to your quota. Once the number of fully eligible applicants comfortably covers your quota (in the example above, 38 eligible applicants for a quota of 6), recruitment pauses so we're not inviting panellists to a study that's effectively full. You can keep shortlisting and inviting from the list as usual.
I still need more or different people
The banner doesn't lock anything. If your list lacks the right mix (specific cohorts, split quotas, niche criteria), message us on live chat with your study title and our Fulfilment team can boost recruitment toward what's missing. Setting up Segments for each cohort, with goal numbers in the names, makes that targeting much faster. See I need more participants.
